Final day of our donation drive for walkers, wheelchairs, crutches and canes for
those injured or suffering amputations following the Haitian Earthquake. We
received 56 items, including pediatric wheelchairs and walkers, and the items have
now been shipped to Port-au-Prince via the non-profit organization, Physicians for
Peace. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all those who donated items, and
to Pak-N-Ship of Sanibel for arranging and assisting with freight, and Marcel
Middendorf of the Sanibel Square for providing additional storage space.
